1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and service enquiries and projects submitted to VITALIMAXIMUSZ OÜ, registration code 17481660, registered at Ahtme mnt 31-4, Kohtla-Järve, 31023, Estonia ("we", "us").
2. Website information
We aim to keep service descriptions, starting prices and availability accurate. Published service scopes and starting prices are indicative until the final project brief is confirmed.
3. Service engagement process
- You select a service or submit a custom sourcing request.
- We review availability, quantity, destination, taxes, delivery costs and timing.
- We send a final confirmation or quotation by email.
- A contract becomes binding when we expressly accept the order and the agreed payment condition is met.
An automated website confirmation only confirms receipt of the request; it is not final acceptance.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. VAT treatment depends on the customer, delivery country and transaction type. Third-party supplier, logistics and delivery costs are confirmed separately before acceptance. We may offer invoice or bank transfer after confirmation. We do not collect card details on this website.
5. Availability and substitutions
We may suggest alternative suppliers or approaches where the original requirement cannot be met. No material change is made without client approval.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding. Risk and title transfer as required by applicable law and the confirmed order terms. Consumers retain all mandatory protections.
7. Consumer cancellation and defects
Consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, subject to statutory exceptions. Faulty goods are covered by the mandatory legal guarantee. See our Consumer Rights page.
8. Business customers
Business quotations may include minimum order quantities, deposits, sample approvals, Incoterms, product specifications and inspection requirements. These agreed commercial terms take priority where they conflict with general website descriptions, except where law does not allow exclusion.
9. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Website design, text and original graphics are protected. You may not scrape, reproduce or commercially reuse substantial parts without permission. You must not interfere with website security or submit unlawful, fraudulent or misleading requests.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect business loss, loss of profit or delays caused by events outside reasonable control. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. Governing law and disputes
Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Parties should first contact us at order@vitali-trade.online to seek a practical resolution. Consumers may also contact the competent national consumer authority or court.
12. Changes
We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The version applicable to an order is the version presented when the order was submitted, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
